How do I transfer my weight to my front leg? Because when I swing I look at what I look like when I finish and my weight is always on my back foot and I don't have a lot of power. What can I do?

Confusing, isn't it ? What is making those hips turn ? It looks like many good hitters are up on the side of the back foot and getting onto the toe and not bearing weight or pushing hard from the back and aren't squishing the bug,and yet the hips are turning! Most of the weight seems to be on the front foot when the hips turn. What does happen here?
