Can someone explain why Griffey Jr gets full extension at contact but most hitters the top arm is in like an "L" position at contact. But Griffey and Mcgwire always have (had)little L in the top arm at contact. But full x-t is supposed to be linear but I don't think Jr and mac are linear are they? Thank you.
