Awesome fellas. It's always great to read and talk about the mental aspects of baseball. It makes out to be a better conversation than to actually "PROVE" what is right or wrong about the swing. Some of the best hitters in baseball don't even have great mechanics and still get the job done. My opinion the ball players that are mentally tough and rely more on trusting the "feel" of their swing as they work tend to produce better results. Yes I do understand there are mechanical teachings involved, but ultimately every player has a different swing, therefore each one has a different feel for his swing. Any agree'ers. :)
