Whats so Diffrent Between Lower and Upper Rotational Mechanics?

Hi

Whats Diffrent Between Lower Body And Upper Rotational Mechanics the way I see it they both out to do the same Job.. aslo I saw Alfonso Soriano Swing when they Frame the swing they show Inward Turn and hit a Homerun that at Bat. And when I see Bonds I see his hips lead his hands. If u wanna check out what I mean heres the site
