hi jack,my problem i have seen at times is with my lower half getting to far ahead of the hands..i feel like my hips are flying open. any drills on correcting this problem...this could now be the reason i have become a pull hitter...ifinished the season with a .443 avg.i feel i can do alot better..

If you watch clips of pretty much any MLB hitter you will see the hips leading the shoulders. If you like, I could post some other links.
