I started at the age 19 with success though I have more natural power righthanded. I basically used video and copied the swings of professional baseball players (Rod Carew, Will Clark, George Brett, and Don Mattingly.) And used a lot of repetitions several days during the week until my swing was almost identical to those of the major league hitters.
