I want to point out something about "experts." The focus on developing kids to get scholarships or into the pros has made what once was a game into a business. So people are very willing to spend money to give their kids an edge on the field.

What most try to do is to find something "new" that people will pay for. Thus you get "crush the bug" "elbow high" "swing down on the ball" and many other made up science. The point is not to teach kids to hit. It's to separate their parents from their money.

If all you have to do is look at clips, why would you be listening to anything anyone tells you? Why would you buy a book, tapes or come to this site? Just look at the clips and you will know all.

And what does "Do tell" mean? Is that a reply to S. P.?
