" Hook Effect" / Pulling Back Motion / 105 Position

Hi.

In a earlier post when they were talking about Bonds they said he had a greater "Hook Effect" in his swing . What does that mean.? Does the the pulling back motion happen right before contact when his back is rearwards? and what does Jack mean by "105 position"?
