Slow Pitch Softball Bat

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a big difference between slow pitch softball bats. I can go to my local store and pick one up for prices that range between $20 to over 250. Is there a big difference betwwen the bats? If so how big a difference to bats make and which one is good one to purchase as I am not a good power hitter.
