Ive taught him to upon load/stride get his hands back and load the
bat.
Which he has to learn anyway!
This way there will be no time left for him to once again drop the bat
and therefore has to swing from the point he had loaded the bat.
The result is he will make up for the plane of the pitch by tilting
the angle of the bat instead of getting this result by lowering the
hands.
The stance after the swing will also be affected by this in a good
way.

Makes sense?
