>>Tom,what do you think of Salmon,also I understand the scapula load as when the lower body is striding forward the rear elbow is pulling back towards the dugout behind the hitter,to me this is loading the rear scapula,also this is straightening and connecting the lead shoulder to the bottom hand,I would assume this is stretching the lead scapula,it does all this with minimal turning of the body backwards and ruining vision.I consider scapula loading to refer to the rear scap and I feel it is initiated by the rear elbow,is this correct or not in your mind.Also in the usa clip I do not see a clip of scap loading in Bonds seems like it would be happening in between the frames that are shown.
