Saypon. In order to improve your balance, you will need to try not to swing too hard. This means taking relaxed swings and keeping your head still and or down when you swing. So do not be too quick to see where you hit the ball after contact.

The key is that you do not lose your balance before or during the swing. This is because after contact it really does not matter too much what happens. Also some time the amount of energy used during the swing causes the hitter to get off balance.
