Re: letting go of the bat

if im wrong please tell me, but it seems to me more bat speed is aqired if you hold to the bat with both hands. If you throw the top hand at the ball and dont let go and rotate thers a lot more bat speed dont you think.

I wouldn't throw the top hand at the ball unless you mean something different by that cue than most. As far as letting go with the top hand after contact, the ball is gone. Doesn't matter.
