Yes, many people saw it (including me) and it is time to revisit that clip to remind what Jack is saying: TORQUE. Even Harold Reynolds says "so much torque" and looks like Pujols is using BHT (Bottom Hand Torque) to create his bat speed since he has one-hand finish. And yes, he "pulls the knob" not "shoot the knob" and Jack explained pretty well on his clip "Back Arm Position of 4 Good Baseball Hitters" in youtube. And he is saying that "lead shoulder pulls the knob in that causes the bat to really accelerate" so revisit that clip from youtube.
