Thanks I knew about the usatoday video. Is that the same as the "angelfire" site Tom referred to in the internal rotation thread on this board. Tom referred to and referenced an "angelfire" site where he talked about specific frames and actions; like he said above in frame 11; and frame 15 and frame 18; there are no such frames in the usatoday video and I was trying to match the frames with Tom's explanation. If somebody wants to do a voice over of Gywnn in the language of "rotation" as opposed to Gywnn's flat arc, that would be nice or maybe Tom will redo his explanation using the USAToday clip instead of the "angelfire".
