Ive been practicing in my swings this torque,top hand pulls towards catcher bottom hand toward the pitcher.But when i do the oppisite with my hands seems bat is much faster,it seems to me that i do both torques. Top hand pushes toward pitcher bottom hand toward catcher,then comes the other torque,keep my hands lose and use both torques
