wrist is always vertical. whe u pull the hands thru the bat will press against knuckle fiercly. on release both arms will be extended on contact the knuckel will press aganst the handle ats the ball tries to push it back the less give there is the harder the ball will be launched. right arm has to stat extended as long a s possible. will be a huge follow thru
