Re: Top hand torque: pulling back or rotation of the hands

As I revisit Jack's videos, I remember him saying that PLT (Pre-Launch Torque) is the rotation of the back forearm and THT is push & pull effect of the hands from PLT & THT Mechanics. From THT mechanics (punching bag), Jack says "as elbow lowers pull the bottom hand" to apply THT. But from Demonstrating Torque (PLT & THT) Mechanics from Sosa and Strawberry, it looks like to me that PLT is applied before front foot is planted and THT is applied after front foot plantation.
