HI bilL>...SINCE YOU POSTED THE QUESTION ABOUT SCAP LOADING .I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND HOW P MYMAN SCAP LOADS MYSELF.THIS IS ONLY SECOUD HAND INFORMATION THAT I GOT FROM OTHERS ON LINE. SO HERE GOES THEY SAID HE SUGGESTS LET THE SCAPULAR LOAD THE HANDS NOT THE HANDS LOAD THE SCAPULAR.LET THE FRONT SHOULDER CLOSE AND THE BACK SHOULDER OPEN WHILE IN THE STRIDE . TO LOAD THE SCAP IN ORDER TO GET INTO THE LAUNCH POSTION FOR RIGHT HANDED BATTERS .ATTEMPT TO BRING THE RIGHT ELBOW BACK TOWARDS THE THIRD BASE COACH .
