Hip torque

It's seems obvious to me that as the rearward hip advances toward QTL, the back butt
cheek pull upward toward the tip hip socket! At the same time, the front cheek
accelerates into a position near the mid hole, rotating around the axis of the anal
cavity, opposite of the hip normally associated with that side!

Is this a product of linear hip action, or a tilting of the sphincter muscles?
