Update, His hands are now dropping even more than before even though I have been trying to get him to keep them up. It's driving me nuts. His hands are now dropping to the very same height as the guy above next to the Batspeed logo and his bat is in the same position. Is that a bad position to be in at initiation of the swing or is it really ok, seems too low to me?

My son is tired of me harping on it and doesn't really think it's a problem since he has gotten by with it for awhile now. To complicate the issue, I have a video of him hitting a home run last summer in a tournament that went over the fence at the 385' mark and his hands were low at the start of the swing like you see above.
