Mike is very good on lower body mechanics. His upper body and arm theories have wandered all over, conflicting with each other at times. He has advocated top hand torque, the fence drill, a straight line to the ball, a circular hand path, etc.
Do you understand weathervaning? Is so please explain it to me. Until that makes sense, I have reservations about ME's arms theories.
