Jack's Hip Rotation Model

Posted by: The Black Hole Lexicographer (Knight1285@aol.com) on Sun Jun 11 21:51:00 2000

Dear Jack,
I must apologize for re-posting a subject I have already submitted, but I believe I must do so since it already camoflouged in a collage of responses.

That being said, I will bring my subject to attention in a more recognizable position on this discussion board, and ask:

Is there any way that I can, from my stance, get into a position where I can prove that pushing my front leg straight while pushing my front leg in a bent position will cause hip rotation? Suggested supports of this proof?

I have just recently taken to studying the biogeometric positioning a swivel chair puts me in when rotating around a stationary axis (the spine).

Sincerely,
The Black Hole Lexicographer
