Look at the picture of the batter above the discussion board .
where it says bat speed .It looks like mark mcguire to me .Any way hes a major leaguer .In my opion his back shoulder is starting to drop and will rotate to a lower postion then the front shoulder to contact..Thou too much shoulder drop can cause the bat head to get off the swing plane.
