Actually, according the most educated analysts, the only difference between the golf swing and the baseball swing is the plane. All other things are extremely similar. The spine/pelvis/shoulder angles are impacted by the path the club has to be taken to the ball.

Tiger strength, flexibility, power, rhythm (tempo), is better than Phil's. They both are great competitors with a great mental focus. Phil's lack of success is totally related to his overswinging (and clubs) as was called by someone earlier in this string.

Swinging the bat and throwing a ball, and punching are also similar. But for some reason, we teach athletes to swing the bat differently. Trying to complicate it. We all need to get a grip and stop trying to create something we can call our own, "The Lau method, the Candrea method, the ...... How bout the human method.
