No different then in golf, hips and shoulders are a result of being in the right postion at the top to hit the ball. Its a reaction of getting the barrel on the ball. As in Golf we load and then we unload! Baseball level plane, Golf tilt plane!

people don't know babe ruth was a hell of a golfer!!
