My back shoulder is dipping back toward the cat

It seems like my shoulder is dipping back toward the catcher causing my pop up allot. I feel like the hitching is causing me to be late on the pitch. I have a open batting stance, could that be one of my problems, do you think I need to use more of a closed stance?
