This clip is a great example of the running start....of both the hips and the barrel....which disproves what Jimmy claims.

Notice how the barrel is starting (rearward) yet not committed. Notice the hips opening. Notice everything is going but nothing is committed. And, notice everything is going in the direction they will go at "go". So.....a running start.

But......just as important......notice how this running start.....the beginning of the swing process.....IS ALSO A LOADING MOVE. Because it's all before "go". The barrel rearward against the hips opening is loading.....creating the stretch......yet swinging at the same time......yet no committment is made until "go".

Stretch and fire.

The high level secret.
