overload/underload

Posted by: joe () on Wed Jan 2 14:35:28 2008

is overload and underload a good way to train, or just one or the other? or not at all?

to jack- when i stride, as soon as my front foot hits the ground, i wait a split second before swinging, so the stride and swing are somewhat separate. is this ok?

thanks
