Found a flaw

Ok, swinging in front of a mirror I saw something. At full arm extention it seems as though I am contracting my traps, lifting my sholders kind of. I think thats the only major mechanical flaw, if it is a flaw at all. I have a pritty short swing, I excell at the back foot fence drill, my grip is fine, load is fine other than a slight early load. Is the trap/sholder thing a big deal? If so how do I fix it without throwing something else out of wack?
