The back should drop

I have always been told when I am hitting that I shouldn't drop my back shoulder. But when explaining it, you guys talk about it being a good thing. Also what do you guys think are the similarities and differences between you guys and Jaime Cevellos "Positional Hitting" because some of your things are the same and some of them are different. I just would like it to be discussed.
