Ok Nick, I'll bite. :)

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume that, unlike Doug's son, this is NOT a college player on scholarship, or anyone else of similar stature? (And I assume from the fact that Doug posted his son's swing that he doesn't mind me comparing them?)

Aside from his "flamboyant" high leg kick during his stride...

1) He lunges after planting his stride foot:

2) His axis is a bit upright for a belt-high pitch (7 degrees vs. 12, but maybe the pitch is a bit higher?):

3) He doesn't lower his rear shoulder nearly enough and hence the need to "stand up" during the swing (he can't get a good turn around his axis):
