I was wondering about what kinds of weight shifts the body goes through while swinging a baseball bat. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

It's commonly looked at as shifting the weight from the backside to a balance position. For example, if I'm all coiled up, I must come forward some to uncoil (backside hitter).
