Everything that Brad James said remove from your head immediately. He shouldn't be allowed near a youth hitter ever again. Now with your swing it will be hard to tell without a video clip but I will try my best. Try to start with your hands a little higher than that of the "Sammy Sosa" drawing on the Swing Mechanics page (at your back shoulder). Practice loading your hands and don't let them drop below your shoulder. When you start your swing practice initiating the bat back towards the catcher while keeping your hands at the same height or near it. If you have to, practice it in slow motion to get the feeling down pat. Then as you rotate, your swing plane should adjust to that of the pitch. That is the best I can do :/ Good Luck!
