BHL, shaking my head at your choice of words used on a hitting website. I have an MBA and know most people would need a dictionary to decipher your post...indigenous, ameliorate, banality, de facto.

Save the "impressive" words for your articles and just tell it like you're in a dugout. You might get your butt kicked if you spoke like that in a dugout.
