I ordered a Setpro bat speed computer and training progam on Jan. 19 to use in conjunction with The Final Arc program. Talked with Paul Nyman for quite some time on the phone and he was very helpful. Offered me some great tips for working with my sons. My credit card was billed in the second week of February, but I have still not received anything. I cannot get any response to phone calls or e-mails. I know from reading posts here that others have had similar problems/delays in getting orders. Any advice?

I am so glad that you made this post. I placed an order with him on Jan 16. He mentioned that it would take about 7-10 days to receive this order. Well, it has been about 8 weeks, and still no equipment. There is no proof that he has even placed an order on my Credit Card(Lucky for me!) I have called and emailed him countless times, but he refuses to return my call. I don't know what the problem is!

Please respond if you find out something.
