Walt, I don't seek advice from the internet. I always seek knowledge, and sometimes I learn from various people on this site. I certainly learned from Ted Williams book, and so did my son, who keeps a copy with him. As far as your post about Jack driving people away, I think you are wrong. Jack has many good thoughts about the swing. What I see is a group of people that think one guru's way of doing it is better than the other guru's way. I have always asked this question to any hitting coach.......who have you taught and where are they at? I very seldom get a response.
