SIMPLE QUESTION

Posted by: mark (wogdoggy@aol.com) on Wed Apr 7 12:08:31 2004

i am looking to purchase a hitting video.I have read many of these threads and have taken my 10 year old to several hitting instructors.of course to my surprise{not}they all had different method and theories.while reading these posts i have become under the impression that jack does not condone KNOB to the ball.To me that technique feels unnatural and my kid seems to have a hard time looking fluent with that approach.I want to devolo[p a rotational swing for him and previosly bought teachinhg high school hiitters the power rotational swing. they condone having the weight back and rolling the wrists right from the set position, that seems akward as well.My lil guy just seems to love to cast his hands , reach for outside pitches and generally become an arm swinger. WHy are jack's tapes better than the other ones available? What is Jack's theory of hand path vs knob to ball..I'm ready to buy jack's tape and give it a try.what does jack offer thats different?
