I might have missed something or misunderstood something. I understand that at the inward turn the shoulders turn in, past the hips, then at contact the hips have opened 90 degrees and the shoulders are passed the hips at 110 degrees. My question is how do the shoulders get past the hips, what propels them to go further? I understand that you can rotate your hips by using your legs, but how do the shoulders rotate? Do the hips rotate the shoulders, cuase if so, wouldn't the shoulders be at 90 degrees too? I'm confused, Jack if you could make a clarification please. And thanks.
