The 22 and 60 hitters you are referring to are hitters that I could identify as applying top-hand-torque (pulling back the top hand) as opposed to driving the top hand forward at initiation. Most all hitters rotate and have some arc to their hand-path but they do not fit what I call rotational mechanics.
