This scientific application stuff is tricky for a layman like me.

creation/transfer/conservation is the pirmary factor in producing a quick swing, because force application by muscles is too slow/prone to timing error.

Well to put it in terms that the normal lay person can understand.....The FRONT LEG WOULD BE THE SAME AS THE HAND ON THE WHIP. THE FRONT LEG ( is the hand in the mechanics of the swing ) HAS TO STOP THE FORWARD MOMENTUM IN ORDER TO CREATE BOTH A ROTATIONAL SWING AND RESISTENCE IN THE BODY NEEDED TO SWING THE BAT WITH ATHOURITY.....SO THE SAME PRINCIPAL APPLIES....it's not always the mechanics that need to be understood....sometimes the mind has to understand to be able to apply something.....So my Question Jack is this....do you or don't you subscribe to the understanding that the body moves forward and that the front leg stops the movement to create the swing? Thanks for your answer........
