A "Final Arc II" Query

Posted by: BHL (Knight1285@aol.com) on Wed Apr 13 00:33:41 2005

Hi Jack:

In your instructional video, John Elliot was doing BHT drills with Julie and Aaron. One comment he made, though, caught my attention. He told them to 'flip their back shoulder over with their top hand.'

I've tried this advice on a bag, and it seems that he means to flip the back palm up to the sky as soon as possible, while keeping the front arm barred across the chest, and let the bat "fly outward" to contact.

Am I "on the money" Jack?

BHL
