Hitting "junk"

My son has recently adopted Jack's hitting mechanics thanks to the Final Arc 2 dvd and is having great success driving fastballs. My question is how to hit all the "junk" he's seeing. We had a double header yesterday and he saw 3 fastballs in 6 at bats. A lot of changes and curves. Any suggestions?
