Hi BHL

The bag is a 75lb punching bag. I bought that one at Big 5, but most large sporting goods stores should have them available. -- When working with students, I usually hang it on the chain-link fence or post. I made the stand you saw in the video. I wanted to be able to place the bag out in the open.
