Getting my team to no freeze at the plate.

Hello,

My name is mike and I coach a JV highschool softball team. I am wondering how to help my girls to not freeze at the plate when they ate up to bat?

We hit well at practice, granted off of a machine, i do not like to live pitch my pitcher, she is the only one i have. I am trying to get better at pitching so I can pitch to them.

any suggestions?
