I apolagize in advance for this being such a long question, but here it goes. I'm 15 years old, and it seems as though I forgot how to hit. Where should I hold my hands, does a leg kick in your swing(like A-Rod) give you more power, and last one, how far back should my hands be? Please, I know its long, but answer my questions. I promise that I will work hard if you help me.
