*I meant "elbow", not "shoulder" in my previous post.

And regardless of how strong you are, Sosa's swing circa-2002 was going to give you monstrous results. Sosa's swing this year will never give you those results. You could be the Hulk or as thin as a toothpick, and that would still hold true.
