Im going to guess you hit a lot of pop flys/fly outs, thi salways happens when that back shoulder drops down. My suggestion is simple, hand placement. Get in your ready stance, and take a second to look at where your hands are.....Im pretty positive if you take those hands, keep them back and raise them up a tad above shoulder level, it'll do the trick. When you start your swing from this new hand position, you will be swinging down into the stikezone, and you wont have that feeling of having to lift the ball. Remeber turn the hips, and your swing will natural come down into the hitting zone.
