Cage vs. Game

I find that in the batting cage my swing mechanics are great, and I can drive the ball with authority. But it seems that when I get out on the field in the usually terrible right handed hitters batters box against a pitcher I become a slap rotational hitter. Any way I can keep my mechanics the same?
