PLT

While I understand now BHT and THT thanks to the video, I still don't understand what PLT is, when it's applied, or how it's applied. I think the best way to look at this would be to compare the swing of someone who uses PLT (Bonds, Sosa and Tejada and I think Sheffield I think are guys you mentioned, Jack) versus someone who doesn't (Arod? Griffey?)and point out at what frames PLT starts and where it stops. Also, the guys you mentioned who do use PLT all seem to have either a hitch (Bonds, Sosa) during their stride or flick the bat forward (Tejada, Sheffield) during their stride, so would it be fair to say that's how PLT is applied? Thanks Jack.
